What do I need to begin the procedure?

Normally you will need one the following three legal documents:  Environmental Notice, Statement of Compliance, or Environmental Licence

Statement of Compliance. If the procedure meets one of the following three requirements:

If it is included in the Catalogue of Public Shows, Recreational Activities and Public Establishments approved through Law 14/20, of 3rd December (article 13.c of the Regulatory By-law of the Catalogue of procedures for the territorial area of Calp Town Council.)

If it included in the Group Listing of activities which are a nuisance, unhealthy, harmful or dangerous under epigraphs: 61 (wholesale business and storage), 64 (retail business), 65 (restaurants and cafés), 66 (hotels), 67 (repairs), 85 (premises used to rent moveable goods ), 94 (health and veterinary services), 96 (services and recreational services), 97 (personal services) of article 13.b of the Regulatory By-law of the Catalogue of procedures for the territorial area of Calp Town Council.

If it requires a surface area of less than 500 m2. (Article 13.d of the Regulatory By-law of the Catalogue of procedures for the territorial area of Calp Town Council.)

Environmental Licence.

Those which are subject to an environmental licence according to Law 2/2006, of the 5th May regarding Pollution Prevention and Environmental Standards, except for those which are subject to the Statement of Compliance. (Article 11.a of the Regulatory By-law of the Catalogue of procedures for the territorial area of Calp Town Council.)

Environmental Notice.

Those which are not included in the List of activities which are a nuisance, unhealthy, harmful or dangerous. (Article 14.c of the Regulatory By-law of the Catalogue of procedures for the territorial area of Calp Town Council.)
