OAC Appointment

Important

Once the appointment is confirmed, you will have to go to the ticket dispenser located in the waiting room of the OAC..

The ticket can be printed no more than 10 minutes before the appointment.

In the dispenser you can scan the QR code that will have been sent previously by email or if you do not have it, you must enter the numbers (only numbers) of the identification document (ID card, Passport, etc.) which was indicated in the reservation.

In case you want to cancel an appointment, the reference obtained in the confirmation voucher will be necessary.

ATTENTION: Only a maximum of three issues will be attended per appointment.
